The detailed description and conditions of the institutional guarantees are set out in the customer contract, the guarantee contract and, in the case of guarantees provided by Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt. and the Agrár-vállalkozási Hitelgarancia Alapítvány, in the business rules of these institutional guarantors and in their current notices. The Bank decides on the client's rating category in each case independently and solely on its own terms.
