you can select any one of the following automatic notifications from your bank
- daily closing balance
- bank card cash withdrawals and purchases
- cash deposits and withdrawals
- payments credited or debited
- utility charges
- payments without sufficient funds
- K&H loan repayments
You can also request one-off notifications about your account balance, account identifiers and other banking information by sending a text message to the phone number stated in the relevant announcement and using the standard text specified there. If you send the message “1MENÜ”, your bank will respond with a text message explaining what text to use for requesting for each type of information.
This service is available in Hungarian, English and German. Once you select the language, it will apply uniformly to all the bank accounts included in the service.

Remember to tell us if your mobile phone number changes. You can delete the number of the old phone to which you used to receive your mobilinfo messages in the “settings/K&H mobilinfo service settings” menu in K&H e-bank or you can contact the K&H TeleCenter for help. This is to prevent unauthorised persons receiving notifications about your account and card transactions when the mobile service provider issues your old phone number to someone else.
application and setup
You can apply for the K&H mobilinfo service in the “settings/K&H mobilinfo text message settings” menu in K&H e-bank, at the K&H TeleCenter and in any of our branches.
You can complete all your bank account settings in K&H e-bank:
- register more than one mobile number with a single bank account and/or a number of bank accounts with a single mobile number
- add your joint accounts and joint cards as well
- request notifications about movements on your savings accounts too
- for each phone number, you can select the transaction types about which you would like to receive notifications (e.g. bank card purchases or transactions not executed)
- set up an amount above which you wish to receive notifications of all transactions via text message
You can change your settings at any time in the “settings/K&H mobilinfo settings” in K&H e-bank.

who is it recommended for?

You can apply for K&H credit card mobilinfo, which is not tied in with the bank account mobilinfo service, in K&H e-bank or any one of our branches, for any one of the following credit cards:
- K&H MasterCard contactless credit card
- K&H MasterCard credit card
- K&H World MasterCard plus contactless credit card
- K&H World MasterCard plus credit card
- K&H Visa Classic credit card
you can select any of the following automatic notifications from your bank:
- on-line transactions with your credit card (and the partner card)
- statement information
- changes to your credit line, overruns
- credits to your credit card account
- the available balance falling below an amount you have specified
you will need to send us a text message to request the following information:
- statement-related information
- available credit line
- the daily limits on your credit card
The relevant credit card announcement contains the phone numbers to which you can send these messages.
The language of the messages is for you to select (from Hungarian, English or German) and may be different from the language of the mobilinfo service available with your bank account.
You can change any mobilinfo setting in the “settings/K&H credit card mobilinfo text message settings” menu in K&H e-bank.

what can I do if I have lost the phone which I used to receive the mobilinfo messages?
You can immediately delete the phone number registered for the service at any time in the “K&H mobilinfo settings” in K&H e-bank or you can call the K&H TeleCenter! Do make sure you delete the phone number you used to receive mobilinfo messages! This is to prevent unauthorised persons receiving notifications about your account and card transactions when the mobile service provider issues your old phone number to someone else.
how can I change the phone numbers to which I receive mobilinfo messages?
You can delete the phone numbers registered for the service at any time and then register new phone numbers in the “K&H mobilinfo settings” menu in K&H e-bank. Do make sure you delete the phone number you used to receive mobilinfo messages! This is to prevent unauthorised persons receiving notifications about your account and card transactions when the mobile service provider issues your old phone number to someone else.
can I use my smartphone for other banking matters too?
